This website is addressed to professionals who are members or non-members of the
network society as well as to the public in general, in search of services or
information concerning law and accountancy.
The
purpose of this website is to explain why LEXILIS-EUROPE
association was
established, its objectives, its functioning, the affiliation operation as well
as the various services from which the members can benefit.
It
also contains a complete list of its members classified per activity and per
geographical sector.
Finally,
it includes a series of practical Internet links as well as access to notes
concerning law and accountancy.

The purpose of
the LEXILIS-EUROPE’s
approach is being able to rely on the synergy of a regulated international group
of independent professionals, subject to deontological principles and a strict
ethic, upholding above all the interests of the client.
The members of LEXILIS-EUROPE
were all chosen in view of their professional skills but also according to how
integrated they are in the international, national and regional economies.
LEXILIS-EUROPE
gives its members the chance to meet with a view to exchanging and combining
their skills and professional experiences.
LEXILIS-EUROPE
makes it possible for each of its members to develop useful contacts with
professionals competent in other fields, other specialities or other
geographical sectors.
LEXILIS-EUROPE
also intends to grow internationally, with a view to offering its members the
possibility of benefiting from privileged contacts with correspondents chosen in
different countries.
LEXILIS-INTERNATIONAL,
through the relations and synergies created between its members, makes it
possible to offer clients larger and more complete services in terms both of
skill and geography.
In conclusion, LEXILIS-EUROPE
aims to pool talents with a view of better satisfying the needs of clients: in
other words « getting together to succeed better ».
Finally, LEXILIS-EUROPE
being a young growing organization, would be happy to receive:

LEXILIS-EUROPE
was created for a triple purpose:

to
conduct, with respect to law and accountancy, an approach aiming at obtaining
the best result,
-
to manage the quality of the expected service with constant regard to the
satisfaction of the client, establishing with him a relationship of complete
confidence and total transparency,
-
to respect the principles and values supported by the code of conduct exclusive
to each profession.
In
order to guarantee this approach of quality, LEXILIS-EUROPE
is authorized to carry out the necessary controls and evaluations or to express
recommendations and suggestions, respecting the independence of its members.
LEXILIS-EUROPE
is also intended to improve the performance of the professionals thanks to the
services put at their disposal.
LEXILIS-EUROPE
aims also at guaranteeing its members a continuous professional education,
simple and by means of practical notes containing information concerning law and
accountancy, drafted yearly by each one of the members.
These
notes will deal with different subjects (legal measures, jurisprudential
evolution, etc…) likely to enhance the knowledge of the other members.
The
approach of quality also assumes that all professionals being in the network
will be able to answer a letter sent by another member of LEXILIS
EUROPE received
within the week, or to a fax, or to e-mails, within 48 hours.
The
members of the Association make a moral commitment to contact the participants
of the network within the framework of the exercise of their activity.
Nevertheless,
with a view to respect fully their independence, the members can keep the LEXILIS
EUROPE network
confidential and continue maintaining their relationships with possible
correspondents, who do not want to participate in the network.

taking into account their specialization and their respective skills.
Moreover,
the notes drafted by the members and presented on this website enable them to
emphasize their specialisations and skills.
